New Construction Single Family Residence (Westchester, NY)

Scope of Work: Start to finish construction.
-Site layout, excavation, drainage, and septic system installation.
- Foundation and masonry work.
- Full structural framing (floors, walls, roof systems).
- Exterior enclosure including siding, exterior trim, and weatherproofing.
- Interior framing, insulation, and drywall.
- Flooring installation and finish carpentry.
- Interior doors, trim, and custom detailing.
- Coordination of all inspections and construction sequencing.
- Subcontractor Coordination; Subcontractors were utilized for Painting, Roofing, Window installation, Exterior stonework, Tile installation, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Interior stair construction.
- Final punch list and project closeout.

Role: Construction Foreman / Builder
- Coordinated with family crew of five.
- Supervised all subcontractors on-site.
- Procured materials.
- Performed in-depth hands-on work alongside tile and electrical subcontractors.
- Maintained quality control across all phases.
- Ensured work complied with plans, specifications, and code.
- Managed daily jobsite operations and safety.
