- Final punch list and closeout.

Role: Job Forman
- Primary point of communication between homeowner and subcontractors.
- Supervised daily jobsite operations.
- Identified and addressed scope gaps between trades.
- Performed hands-on corrective and supplemental work as needed to maintain schedule and quality.
- Performed hands-on work to fabricate and install custom cabinetry.
- Processed and carried out change orders with the customer and sub contractors.
- Ensured finished work met design intent and quality standards.
